EX Academy is a selective, fully-funded fellowship where 12 candidates selected from 25,000+ applicants spend 3–6 months working on real engineering, AI, and grant writing projects for our portfolio companies. This isn't a classroom exercise — it's a real entrance into companies like Seraph Vision, Terminal AI, and the Zero X Group. Top fellows have also been placed at EY and Goldman Sachs.
Housing, meals, and mentorship are fully covered. We invest in you because we're looking for future leaders. Many of our previous fellows have become full-time team members across our portfolio. This is an intensive, mentor-led program designed to compress years of career growth into months of focused, immersive work — and identify the people we want to hire.

Funding Your Fellowship
Full Scholarship
Top 40% of fellows receive full funding. Housing, meals, and program fully covered.
Erasmus+ / DAAD
EU students can apply through their university’s Erasmus+ or DAAD PROMOS program.
Corporate Sponsor
Your employer sends you. Companies pay $15K–$25K per seat for talent development.
Self-Funded
Pay the program fee directly. Partial scholarships available based on merit.
Program fees and scholarships are administered by Life AI Science Inc. (USA) for the online educational curriculum, mentorship, and digital learning resources. Accommodation, meals, and on-site experiences in Bali are included as part of the program. Internship placements are unpaid practical experiences and do not constitute employment. Flights, visa fees, and personal expenses are not included.

Most fellows receive full or partial scholarships covering tuition, premium villa housing, and weekday meals. The program is valued at $14,900 — but we invest in talent, not bank accounts. If you're exceptional, cost is not a barrier.
